Concord United Products specializes in the manufacture of die assemblies and blades for underwater and water-ring pelletizers. We produce blades for major brands such as GALA (Maag), BKG-Nordson, ECON, and FILTEC, and our products are exported to customers in Europe, the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, the Middle East, and South Korea through our global network of partners. We also provide blades for EREMA and NGR recycling lines, crusher blades and shredder knives.

Our expertise extends to the production of Tungsten Carbide inserted dies for all types of underwater pelletizers. Our dies are installed in major compounders including Lyondell Basell (A. Schulman), INGENIA, Washington Penn, Taghleef, ASTRA, RAVAGO, and Elastron, among others. We are a trusted supplier of dies, blades, and blade holders for leading compounders in India, manufacturing approximately 350 die assemblies and 3,00,000 blades for pelletizing and recycling annually.

To ensure the highest quality, we use premium raw materials. Our blades are crafted from high-speed steel sourced from Böhler-Austria and are heat-treated through a vacuum hardening process. We use Tungsten Carbide from Kennametal for our dies and import CPM10V (PM steel )from the US.
