Bashar Ehsan was raised in the small Indian village of Dhoraji, Gujarat, and attended St. Peters High School, a boarding school where he gained independence skills. After graduating from high school, he moved to the United Kingdom to pursue a BBA at De-Montfort University Leicester. With more than 13 years of experience in the field of metal and plastic recycling, Bashar is extremely motivated and passionate about his work.
In 2010, Bashar joined his family business and was immediately entrusted with managing the metal scrap yard in Ajman. He worked diligently to strengthen their position in the market by building a solid reputation for their business. In 2016, with a vision to diversify the family business, he launched a new venture in the polymer (plastic) field. After examining the challenges associated with plastic recycling, Bashar recognized an opportunity and established a dedicated division.
His interest in plastic led him to learn extensively about polymers, and in 2019 he proposed building a factory to recycle plastic in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The facility began production of plastic products in 2020 and has since gained a reputation as a top supplier in the Middle East. Bashar has a strong dedication to sustainability and waste reduction, embodying the principles of a dedicated environmentalist and business leader.
With over 13 years of expertise in the recycling sector, Bashar has made a name for himself as a pioneer in the recycling of metal and plastic. By reducing waste and promoting sustainable practices, he is committed to having a positive impact on the environment.
