With over 20 years of experience as a process engineer in waste management, he specializes in waste management services and the implementation of innovative Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) schemes in underserved low- and middle-income countries. Leading a team of over 30 members, Sebastian has spearheaded more than 250 projects across 60+ countries, including initiatives focused on solving the challenges of plastic waste.
