LCL has delivered till date an accumulated plastic processing capacity of more than 7.32 million metric tons per annum with an installation base of more than 2,250 extrusion lines and 95,000 circular weaving looms globally, which is a testimony of its engineering capabilities.
To provide timely and effective post-sales support to customers, the company has a team of more than 115 technical subject matter experts who offer professional and effective support for onsite or remote assistance and diagnostics. Its sales network is appropriately placed across continents in India, Brazil, UAE, Indonesia, Thailand, Panama and Russia and exclusive sales agents in more than 20 countries.
Taking the lead to support the industry, LCL has set up the “Technical Training & Research Institute” (TTRC) in the year 2012 to provide structured institutional training to prepare the trained workforce for the raffia industry. TTRC has developed a laboratory accredited with NABL (India) as per ISO 17025: 2017, to undertake testing and quality assignments of PP/HDPE woven sacks and fabrics to further support its customers. TTRC is also engaged in developmental projects with petrochemical and plastics raw material companies.
LCL has been awarded for excellence in export performance by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry-GOI, Federation of Indian Export Organizations, Niryat Shree award by the President of India and has also been awarded the ‘Best Plastics & Polymers Brand Award’ by the Economic Times in 2022.
